What happens next: Rouz or a member of his team builds the arrangement fresh using seasonal stems. Nothing sits in a cooler waiting. The arrangement goes directly into the delivery vehicle and is brought to the recipient's door, reception desk, nurses' station, or funeral home entrance. If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered spot and send a delivery confirmation.
Walk-in pickup: You can skip delivery entirely and come to the shop at 728 Anderson St. Unit 8, Whitby. Walk-ins are welcome, and picking up in person means you can see the arrangement before it leaves. Free parking and accessible entry.
