We are beyond grateful to Bita Floral and especially Rouz for their incredible work on our wedding reception. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and absolutely stunning. They also provided a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière for our City hall ceremony. The floral arrangements and setup—especially our breathtaking floral arch—were everything we dreamed of and more. Rouz’s creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we hadn’t even imagined, and the finishing touches truly elevated the entire atmosphere. What really stood out was how much Rouz and his team went above and beyond. They helped us with setup under a very tight schedule, and the results could not have been more perfect. The floral delivery was on time, communication was easy, and what could have been stressful turned out to feel effortless thanks to their professionalism and care. Rouz did an amazing job on my bridal flowers. He was very attentive to detail, was on time at the venue and professional. Bita Floral did an unbelievable job for my wedding in May. Rouz was so attentive and captured my vision perfectly. I was completely blown away by my bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets, they were more beautiful than I even imagined they would be. And the reception space was spectacular!! I am still getting comments from guests on how beautiful the centrepieces were.
Rouz and his team made the whole process completely stress free for me. He was very easy to communicate with and provided fantastic recommendations that elevated my vision. I live in New Brunswick and my brother was away so we wanted a birthday arrangement sent to my mother in Whitby. I had asked Bita if they could send me a picture of it since I wouldn't be there to see it. It was beautiful!

I received an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement for Mother’s Day today. Pictures really don’t do it justice. The variety of types of flowers, shapes and shades, is stunning. Lots of buds that will open up in the coming days too. Whoever put this together is very artistic. It’s is unique and simply beautiful. The last picture is of the flowers 6 days later - even more beautiful!

I had a great experience here! Went in with a budget and colour scheme and asked for their opinion on the arrangement for a gift. It was delivered no problem and the flowers were beautiful! I'll definitely be coming back.

Rouz and his amazing team is definitely the best florist in town! We had the pleasure of working with Bita Floral for our wedding day and they did not disappoint! From the moment my husband and I walked in to inquire about some information Rouz was so welcoming and very informative. He took the time to brainstorm with us as we had an idea but weren't 100% sure what to do. Bita Floral made our floral process extremely easy and stress-free. They did an incredible job and we cannot express how thankful we are to have had these guys be a part of our special day. We had our centerpieces, big floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages done and they were beautiful! SO happy we found our forever florist, I highly recommend these guys!!

I came here to get my wedding bouquet, corsages and boutonnière. From the beginning Rouz was very helpful and organized and ran through the flower and greenery combinations. I picked up the flowers on the day of the wedding and the flowers were fresh and the arrangements were beautiful. I highly recommend getting your flowers here.

Really pretty website and IG. Obviously talented but didn’t like my arrangement. Communication was poor and when I tried to express what I perceived went awry, I was gaslighted. Just saying, again, lovely work but mine looked like Loblaws.

I recently visited Bita Floral and was impressed by their beautiful arrangements and diverse selection of indoor plants. Each bouquet was beautifully crafted, showcasing vibrant, fresh flowers. They also offer lovely dried flowers and unique preserved rose bears and boxes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. I was looking for a simple floral arrangement to place at my Mother's grave site for Mother's Day. I saw Bita on Facebook and thought I'd give them a try and I am so very glad I did. The gentleman who served me (my apologies..I misplaced your business card) was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. The selection in the store was fabulous but not overwhelming. Recently, Bita Floral created a lovely wedding bouquet for my daughter's wedding. I asked for some special touches to honor her Ukrainian heritage and the result was outstanding. We received many compliments.

This was my first time at this flower shop since I moved to Whitby and I must say it will be the flower store I always go to going forward!! Really great staff!! Was easy to find what I was looking for and on top of that is the staff gave my 6 year old daughter a beautiful flower that lit up her face and made her whole day!! She was so happy!! Thank you guys for putting such a big smile on my daughters face and I’m sure my wife’s face when she sees these flowers on Mother’s Day!!!

Ross took the time to answer my many questions. I don’t live in Whitby and when I looked online several; what appeared to be top rated florists, had much cheaper prices BUT don’t be fooled by this when I called them, they said I couldn’t come to their location because they were under renovation and then gave a fake address. I am very pleased with the service from Bita Floral.
