Delivery Policy
At Bita Floral, we’re dedicated to making your flower delivery experience seamless and meaningful. Our delivery policy is crafted to offer convenience, punctuality, and adaptability while conveying your sentiments through our exquisite floral arrangements.For local deliveries spanning Whitby, Oshawa, and Courtice, orders placed by 12pm (EST) ensure same-day delivery. Prompt deliveries capture emotions effectively, and we work diligently to ensure your chosen floral creations reach recipients within these areas.To extend your floral gestures beyond our locality, please order out-of-town deliveries at least one day ahead. This facilitates logistical arrangements to ensure your floral gifts reach recipients beyond our immediate scope. Please note: During Valentine’s Day and Mothers Day, out of town deliveries will not be available. Servicing areas for those holidays are typically Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Ajax, and Pickering. Local deliveries are scheduled between 1pm and 6pm. While we aim to adhere to this timeframe, specific slots cannot be guaranteed due to delivery variables.When recipients are unavailable, our delivery company follows set procedures: leaving the order on the porch, entrusting a concierge or personnel, or returning it to our shop. You can then arrange a pick-up or opt for redelivery on the next day with additional charges.Our delivery services cover all days except Sundays and statutory holidays. Substitution Policy:
Dealing exclusively in fresh blooms, our floral arrangements are uniquely tailored to each season’s essence. Our dedicated florists endeavor to replicate the showcased bouquets; however, slight variations are probable as we may employ comparable flowers and hues for substitution purposes.a
